Bangladesh skipper Mominul Haque said that he does not feel any pressure while batting due to his captaincy despite not being among runs since taking over as the leader.
In the last six Test innings, Mominul scored 37, 7, 0, 0, 30, 41 runs respectively but despite everything he feels it won’t take long for him to blaze with the willow,

‘’I don't feel like there is any pressure due to captaincy. What I feel is like I understand the game better or you can say trying to understand it more. And you can't make a judgement just by one or two matches because after taking the leadership I played only two Test series,’’ said Mominul.
‘’I think it will get better. Now I think about many things and when I will understand these things better, my performance will get better too,’’ he said.
‘’I don't agree with the fact that for captaincy there is pressure on my batting because batting is very simple to me. When I am batting I only see the ball from the bowlers. That's all that matters to me when I am batting. I don't think about anything else,’’ he said adding that his inability to translate his starts is making him pay these days.
‘’I think I am getting out every time after getting set and it is the same case in both innings in Pakistan and also in one innings in India. And maybe it's because we are not settling down as team. Maybe everyone is having the same kind of problem I guess,’’ he said.
