West Indies win toss, send Bangladesh to bat

West Indies captain Rovman Powell won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second ODI against Bangladesh on Tuesday at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Eying to level the series, following their five-wicket defeat to Bangladesh in the first match, West Indies brought up one change from the previous squad.
Chandrapaul Hemraj replaced opener Keiran Powell who was struggling to give the side a good start.
Powel was proved to be Shakib Al Hasan’s bunny, being dismissed by the left-arm spinner for 10 in the first ODI. This was the third straight time Shakib got him, having dismissed him twice in the second Test.

West Indies have never won a bilateral series since their victory against Bangladesh in 2014 at home.
Bangladesh, on the other hand, fielded the same squad as they are looking forward to sealing their third straight bilateral ODI series, having won a series in West Indies and another one against Zimbabwe at home last October.
