Bangladesh batsman Sabbir Rahman is being considered to play for BCB XI in the two-day warm-up match against West Indies Cricket Board President XI, chief selector Minhajul Abedin confirmed Cricfrenzy.
“We are considering Sabbir to prepare for the preparatory match against the West Indies,” said Abedin.
Sabbir is currently serving a six-month ban from international cricket imposed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on disciplinary grounds in September this year.

However, the 26-year-old continued playing in domestic cricket and featured for Rajshahi division who became the National Cricket League (NCL) champions this season.
Except for a 99-run innings, the right-hander was not very impressive, amassing 199 runs in six matches besides bagging four wickets.
West Indies will play two Tests, three ODIs, and three T20Is in their month-long tour of Bangladesh. They will also play a two-day warm-up match against a BCB XI side at MA Aziz Stadium in Chattogram from November 18 before the first Test that will start at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on November 22.
The second Test will be played at Sher-e Bangla National Stadium from November 30.
The three-ODI series will start on December 9 in Mirpur while the remaining two matches will be held on December 11 and 14 in Mirpur and Sylhet, respectively.
The first T20I clash will be held on December 17 in Sylhet and Sher-e Bangla National Stadium will host the remaining T20Is on December 20 and 22, respectively.
