West Indies secured a 5-wicket victory over Bangladesh in the third and final T20I of the series, completing a clean sweep on their tour of Bangladesh.

Chasing a target of 152, the visitors reached 152/5 in just 16.5 overs, with 19 balls to spare.

Bangladesh posted 151/10 in their allotted 20 overs.

Tanzid Hasan was the top scorer for Bangladesh with a brilliant 89 off 62 balls, hitting 9 fours and 4 sixes. Other contributions were limited, with Saif Hassan adding 23 runs and Taskin Ahmed finishing with a quick 9 off 4.

West Indies bowlers Romario Shepherd (3/36), Jason Holder (2/32), and Khary Pierre (2/23) were instrumental in restricting Bangladesh.

In response, West Indies’ Roston Chase led the chase with a 50 off 29 balls, while Ackeem Auguste smashed a quickfire 50 off 25 to guide his team home.

Amir Jangoo contributed a steady 34. Despite losing early wickets, the West Indies batting unit comfortably reached the target in just 16.5 overs, maintaining a scoring rate of 9.02.
