The loss handed the Caribbean side an unassailable 2–0 lead, sealing the series with one game still to play.
Earlier, Shai Hope’s team had edged past Bangladesh by 16 runs in the first T20. Chasing 150 in the second encounter, the Tigers once again faltered with the bat, finishing on 135 for 8.
Ahead of the series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) had named the squad for the first two matches, keeping the option open for mid-series changes.
However, despite back-to-back defeats, the selectors have opted to retain faith in the same group of players.
The third and final match will be played on October 31.
