Rishad achieves career-best ICC ranking, Emon-Shoriful climb high

Bangladesh leg-spinner Rishad Hossain has been rewarded for his outstanding performance in the T20I series against Sri Lanka, climbing to a career-best position in the latest ICC T20I Bowling Rankings.

In the second T20I in Dambulla, Rishad picked up 3 wickets for just 18 runs, following a wicket in the opening game.

Meanwhile, Mustafizur Rahman retained his place at 26th, but Sheikh Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Taskin Ahmed slipped 4 places each, now ranked 25th and 29th, respectively.

In batting, Litton Das saw the highest rise among Bangladeshi batters. After scoring 76 off 50 balls in the second match, he climbed 7 spots to reach 44th with 541 rating points. Parvez Hossain Emon, who impressed with 38 off 22 balls in the first match, jumped 12 places to 85th.
Towhid Hridoy moved up one spot to 41st, remaining the highest-ranked Bangladeshi batter. Tanzid Hasan Tamim, who managed only 21 runs across both games, dropped 2 spots to 55th.
