Two captains from last series
Following their 3-0 whitewash of Bangladesh in the recent T20I series on home soil, Pakistan are set to visit Bangladesh in July for the return leg of the bilateral contest.

On Wednesday, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officially announced the schedule for the series. If all goes as planned, the Pakistan team will arrive in Bangladesh on July 16, with the first T20I scheduled for July 20.

The remaining two matches will be played on July 22 and 24, respectively. All matches will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, and will start at 6 PM Bangladesh time.
The final match will be followed by Pakistan’s departure on July 25, as they head to the Caribbean for a series comprising three ODIs and three T20Is.

The decision to host this bilateral T20I series was made during high-level discussions between the BCB and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on the sidelines of the recent ICC Champions Trophy.
With the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup scheduled to be held jointly in India and Sri Lanka, both Bangladesh and Pakistan are viewing this series as a crucial part of their preparation and team assessment ahead of the global event.
