The Bangladesh Cricket Board sent the proposed bio-bubble plan to West Indies Cricket for the upcoming home series involving two teams in January at their own back yard.
West Indies is due to come in January for two Tests along with three ODI’s and as many T20 internationals that will make the host resume international cricket after long enforced break.
‘’We have sent the plan to West Indies and after receiving their inputs we will send to the ministry,’’ BCB cricket operation chairman Akram Khan confirmed on Saturday.
It was learnt BCB is trying to reduce the normal 14-day quarantine for the host and make it down to seven days so that they can start their preparation without much delay.
BCB officials said earlier that they are studying all available bio-bubble models before preparing their own ‘bio-bubble’ plan for the upcoming Bangabandhu T20 tournament, slated for November-December as well as for the tourist.
