Taskin Ahmed, the fast bowler, and Farhad Reza, the seam bowling all rounder, were added to Bangladesh's one-day international squad for upcoming tri-series in Ireland.
Taskin Ahmed, who hasn't played an ODI since October 2017, was left out of the initial squad for the tournament. However, the selectors have now added both the players to the squad. Taskin and Reza weren't picked for the World Cup to be held in England next month.

The 25-year-old fast bowler has been troubled by an ankle injury that he suffered during the Bangladesh Premier League. The tearaway quick returned to competitive cricket by playing in in the Dhaka Premier League. Taskin has taken 45 scalps at an average of 31.13 in the ODI format. Meanwhile, Reza, who hasn't represented Bangladesh in ODIs since 2014, found a place in the squad on the back of being the highest wicket-taker in the DPL, snaring 38 wickets.
The first match of the tri series will be played between Ireland and West Indies on May 5.
