One of Australia’s most explosive T20 performers, Maxwell has featured in 129 T20 Internationals, scoring 2,897 runs at a strike rate of 158.42. His record includes 12 half-centuries and five centuries, with a highest score of 145. The off-spinning all-rounder has also claimed 49 wickets in the format.
Maxwell brings extensive franchise experience, having played in leading competitions such as the Big Bash League, Indian Premier League, The Hundred and the Vitality Blast.
Across 502 T20 matches overall, the right-handed batter has accumulated 10,986 runs at a strike rate of 154.16, registering 58 fifties and eight centuries, while also picking up 196 wickets.
His inclusion is expected to significantly strengthen the Kingsmen’s squad with both firepower and experience as they gear up for the new PSL season.
