Ravindra Jadeja Joins Rajasthan Royals
Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain and veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been traded to Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Jadeja, who spent 12 seasons with CSK and has featured in over 250 IPL matches, will join RR at a revised league fee of INR 14 crore, down from his previous INR 18 crore.
Sanju Samson Moves to Chennai Super Kings
Rajasthan Royals skipper and India wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson will turn out for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL 2026.
He joins CSK at his existing fee of INR 18 crore.
Samson, with 177 IPL appearances, has spent the majority of his career with RR, except for two seasons (2016 & 2017) when he represented Delhi.
Sam Curran Traded to Rajasthan Royals
England all-rounder Sam Curran will move from CSK to RR at his existing fee of INR 2.4 crore.
The 27-year-old, who has played 64 IPL matches, will represent his third franchise after stints with Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings.
Mohammad Shami Heads to Lucknow Super Giants
Veteran pacer Mohammad Shami has been traded from Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at his existing fee of INR 10 crore.
Shami, a Purple Cap winner in 2023 with 28 wickets, brings experience from 119 IPL matches across five franchises. He missed the 2024 season due to injury but was pivotal in GT’s title-winning 2023 campaign.
Mayank Markande Returns to Mumbai Indians
Leg-spinner Mayank Markande will rejoin Mumbai Indians (MI) after a trade from Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
He returns at his existing fee of INR 30 lakh, the same amount KKR secured him for ahead of IPL 2025.
Markande previously represented MI in 2018, 2019, and 2022, and has taken 37 wickets in 37 IPL matches.
Arjun Tendulkar Moves to Lucknow Super Giants
Bowling all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar has been traded from MI to LSG at his existing fee of INR 30 lakh.
Arjun made his IPL debut for Mumbai Indians in 2023 after being first picked in 2021.
Nitish Rana to Delhi Capitals
Left-handed batter Nitish Rana will represent Delhi Capitals (DC) after being traded from Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Rana joins DC at his existing fee of INR 4.2 crore.
The experienced campaigner, who captained Kolkata Knight Riders in 2023, has played over 100 IPL matches.
Donovan Ferreira Back with Rajasthan Royals
All-rounder Donovan Ferreira returns to Rajasthan Royals (RR) following a trade from Delhi Capitals (DC).
His league fee has been revised from INR 75 lakh to INR 1 crore as part of the agreement.
Ferreira had initially begun his IPL journey with RR.
