Chasing a modest target, Rangpur got off to a flying start thanks to Nasir Hossain (46 off 31) and Zahid Javed (27 off 24), who put on 61 for the opening stand.
After their dismissals, veteran Naim Islam (40* off 32) and captain Akbar Ali (19* off 15) guided the team home comfortably.
Earlier, Khulna struggled from the start after losing Imranuzzaman in the second ball of the innings to spinner Nasum Ahmed.
Despite a fighting 44 off 32 from captain Mohammad Mithun, regular wickets kept falling. Late spells from Alauddin Babu and Abdullah Al Mamun wrapped up Khulna’s innings for 136.
With this emphatic win, Rangpur secured their second consecutive NCL T20 championship.
