No BCB cricket coaches in three districts

Bangladesh Cricket Board failed to employ cricket coaches in three districts that include Gopalganj despite having 91 coaches across the country.
BCB sources confirmed there is no coach in Netrokona and Bogura district as well despite there are many activities going around in the country under the BCB game development.
Bangladesh Cricket Board recently said that they have decided to do initial screening through the VDO that they are expected to receive in the WhatsApp groups to avoid mass gathering due to corona threat.

BCB recently formed WhatsApp groups in each of the 64 districts and eight divisions, and eight others - based on zones - for the Dhaka metropolis area districts for the aspirants in different age-level (Under-14, 16 and 18) to provide VDO’s of their area of expertise.
BCB took this initiative that can considered first of its kind after successfully completing a pilot project in Moulvibazar, where they have completed the entire selection within 10 to 12 days.
However on what basis BCB will do the screening of these three district is yet to be known.
BCB employed 66 coaches in district that includes two coaches for Dhaka Metro while there are 17 coaches employed centrally in three categories to run age level and High Performance program.
BCB recently raised salary of seven centrally contracted coaches by 25 percent and it was learnt they are planning to raise salary of other coaches as well.
