The board approved the final list of organizations, clubs, and bodies eligible to nominate a total of 192 councillors.
As per Article 12.7 of the BCB constitution, councillor nominations will be invited across three categories.
Relevant institutions will soon receive official communication requesting their nominees, with a submission deadline of May 16.
In another decision, the board extended the contracts of current umpires and match referees by three months. Their previous contracts had expired on April 30.
The meeting also addressed the appointment of district coaches. A committee will be formed to evaluate applicants for coaching roles across all 64 districts once the existing contracts expire.
Candidates will be assessed through both theoretical and practical examinations as part of the selection process.
