Bangladesh wicket-keeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that delivers in the upcoming three-team 50 over tournament after failing in the two two-day games.
Mushfiqur batted for hours in the center wicket at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on October 9 trying to develop him while his team mates are enjoying a break after playing two two-day intra squad games.
Test skipper Mominul Haque's century (117) remained the batting highlight of the series played between Ryan Cook XI and Ottis Gibson XI few others chipped in as well with respective fifties.

While Mushfiqur failed to deliver, Mohammad Mithun (62), Tamim Iqbal (64), Sadman Islam (83), Mahmudullah (56), Imrul Kayes (60), Saif Hassan (64) and Soumya Sarkar (51) were the other major contributors in the two two-day games.
In the opening game young pace bowler Hasan Mahmud surprised Mushfiqur with his extra pace as he failed to protect his wicket making only three runs in the second game he was inside edged when he tried to play a full length delivery of Rubel Hossain after scoring 11 runs.
Mushfiqur seemed well aware that all is not going well and did not want to waste time to get some confidence back by hitting the ball through the meat of the bat.
Pace bowler Al Amin Hossain bowled against the veteran batsman who also brought left-arm spinner Tanvir Islam and leg spinner Rishad Hossain along with a thrower.
Mushfiqur played some delightful strokes in the nets that certainly looked to be innovative and will be effective when cricket resumes in white-ball.
