"We still have plan to host it [T20 matches between World XI and Asia XI]," BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury told reporters at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Thursday.

"You know due to the pandemic we had to [postpone] the plans that we had regarding celebrating the birth centenary of the father of the nation ,'' he said.
‘’We have not ruled out those plans totally of Mujib Borsho and if the condition allows us we will certainly execute those plans," he said.
Earlier, the board postponed the two proposed matches in light of the current COVID-19 outbreak. The games were scheduled to be played on March 21 and 22 while an AR Rahman concert was due to take place on March 18.
