BCB plans a week-long residential camp for Tigers from Sep 21

Country’s cricket apex body, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has planned a week-long residential camp for the Tigers ahead of the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka.

It’s learnt from the BCB insiders that the residential camp is all set to begin on September 21, a few days prior to their departure for the Sri Lanka tour.
The BCB will conduct a three-phase COVID-19 Tests for the players and its coaching staff coupled with officials before the departure for the important Test series, starting on October 24.
Tigers’ tour to Sri Lanka which was scheduled for July-August was postponed because of the COVID-19 situation. Bangladesh are expected to travel to Sri Lanka on September 27 for the three-Test series that is scheduled to start in Kandy from October 24.
