Russell Domingo and Ryan Cook to arrive late by 2 days

Bangladesh head coach Russell Domingo and fielding coach Ryan Cook will reach on September 4 instead of September 2 as their flights were changed, said Bangladesh Cricket Board official on Tuesday.
While the duo will be late by two days, that will not be the case for bowling coach Ottis Gibson as he is expected to reach Dhaka on September 2.
"Domingo and Cook’s flight were changed so that they will arrive on September 4 instead of Wednesday while we are expecting to receive Gibson tomorrow," said BCB official.
Bangladesh’s newly appointed batting consultant Craig McMillan and his compatriot Daniel Vettori will join Tigers in Sri Lanka where they are scheduled to play three-match Test series.
BCB is planning a week-long residential camp ahead of the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka. While the board will be picking a bigger squad for precautionary reasons, they also want to provide the selectors with an opportunity to select the final squad following the performances in the practice and warm-up games ahead of the series.
The residential camp will start on September 21 while BCB will conduct a three-phase coronavirus test ahead of the tour.
They are having regular discussions with the medical unit to make sure they can quickly fix things if anyone is tested positive during or ahead of the tour.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Test skipper Mominul Haque had been diagnosed with stomach upset and he was asked to rest as the national cricketers are completing training camp ahead of the series.
