Former Bangladesh batting constituent Neil Mckenzie has urged Bangladesh players to dream big in order to achieve big success for their country.
Mckenzie who has worked with the tigers for the last two years saw some major changes in their approach in his term as coach.

According to former South Africa batsman, Bangladesh batsman were earlier to score 30 or 40 runs to keep the sleeves in the team for the next matches.
Mckenzie also challenged Bangladesh batsman to be one of the top 10 batsmen in the world rather than just keeping their places in the team.
"It is not important to play in the national team it is also important to make himself a better cricketer.every body has to do that, I always told them to look for other world-class players. Now boys want to be one of the top 10 batsmen in the world," Mckenzie told a leading Bangla website.
Bangladesh batting is in safe hands as both young and experienced players will be challenging themselves to create healthy competition in the team.
"The experienced players and the young players gelling will make Bangladesh a strong batting team when there is hard competition for places than there is bound to be some improvement the boys need to understand they will not make into the team with an average of 30," he concluded.
