Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hasan said that they would prefer camp in Sri Lanka rather than in Dhaka due to corona crisis in the country.
BCB earlier said that Bangladesh's first three-match Test series in six years has been confirmed while along with the Test squad the high-performance side, will go to Colombo on September 24, while the first Test scheduled on October 24.

The board stated that it will bear the expenses of the two travelling squads for the first three weeks of the tour while the pre-Test stint in Sri Lanka is likely to serve as a quarantine period, with the Sri Lankan government insisting on a 14-day quarantine for all new arrivals as well.
"Making the training camp short here, we should go there early and hold a longer camp in Sri Lanka. The only reason we are sending the team to Sri Lanka is that it is one of the safe countries. Sri Lanka hasn't found any new cases in the last few months," Nazmul told reporters on Friday.
"We will instruct the players to get tested from labs from their hometowns and then as soon as they arrive at the camp, they will be tested. Then 20 days later they will be tested again," he again added.
"I have suggested that if we keep them in a 5-star hotel, a couple of floors have to be completely locked down. Even the cleaners have to be in isolation. So we have to speak to hotels or even find apartments. We are still in the process of finalizing, but we are trying to ensure as much security as possible against coronavirus," he concluded.
