Mashrafee set to join CWAB meeting today

Bangladesh former ODI skipper Mashrafee bin Mortaza will sit along with others in an online meeting with Cricket Welfare Association of Bangladesh tonight(June 14).
CWAB called the meeting to discuss the future of DPL while they are also expected to discuss few other agendas in the meeting that includes a road map to their election as well.
The inclusion of Mashrafee is quite significant considering the fact since joining politics he was seen remaining aloof from the cricket fraternity apart from joining the national camp for international commitments for his political commitments.
Mashrafee was not even called when the players called for the 11-point demand in October that raised quite a few eyebrows in the end.
Mashrafee, who quit from the post of the national captain during the last home series against Zimbabwe, is eyeing to make a claim in the ODI squad by performing in the DPL.
Some leading cricketers are expected to feature in the meeting of CWAB that includes- Mashrafe bin Mortaza, Mominul Haque, Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudullah, Mushfiqur Rahman, Tushar Imran, Jahirul Islam, Enamul Haque Jr., Shahriar Nafees, Nazmul Hossain Shanto, Nurul Hasan Sohan, Mosaddek Hossain, Afif Hossain, Naeem Sheikh and Akbar Ali.
