Out of favour Sabbir Rahman denied the allegation that he had altercation with local sweepers at home town in Rajshahi on Sunday.
Earlier a local online portal of Rajshahi published that Sabbir Rahman had a fight with an employee of Rajshahi City Corporation who collects dirt from door to door. The incident took place in Rajshahi Beldarpara area under Boalia Thana in the hometown of Sabbir, where in the Sunday afternoon Sabbir came to his home in his private car and found a city corporation van in front of his house and asked the employee to remove the van from his house to elsewhere. Where during the altercation among the employee and Sabbir made some violent approach.
However, Sabbir Rahman denies that he was not into any kind of conflict at that time. He said that after reaching to his home he was unable to enter with his car as the gate was blocked by the van, so he searched for the driver of the van and asked him politely to relocate the van but the van driver started to argue with him and after that the van driver came to Sabbir's home to threaten him and his family out of nowhere.

"Nothing happened, just a normal argument. Nothing else happened. I didn't lay a hand on him. The man had parked his dirt van in front of my house. My wife and I were coming back from outside. Now if there is a van in front of the house then how will the car get in. And there were no people in front of that van. I saw a person was talking in distance. So I blew the horn for a while, two minutes later that man came in front of my car and looked at me and muttered something. I then thought that I gave him relief, gave him money, he is a poor person I run his family and he is looking at me and muttering words. I asked him what he was saying," Sabbir told to Cricfrenzy.
"He told me what my problem why I’m blowing the horn is. I said why I wouldn’t, you're not moving the car. If a pregnant woman or a heart patient comes out of the house and how they will walk out, the person will die. But why are you talking like this, me my parents love you so much, you can't talk like that. So he tells me that he had some important work to do. I said if have anything important to do then why not remove the car and do the work then" he added.
"This was the argument. But after then he brought 100 people to my house and threatened me and my parents. No one heard about it, no one else knew about it," he concluded.
Even the Boalia Police Station OC Nibaran Chandra Barman said the similar thing at the end.
"I don't know exactly what happened. However, I know that there has been an argument with the cleaning staff. This is not a big event," OC said.
"No one has agreed to make any complaint in this regard. Police went to the spot and found nothing. The two went away. It's not a big deal, he was honking at the gate of the house, he didn't hear. There has been a quarrel about this. Such incidents happen all the time, it's not something new," OC concluded.
