Bangladesh fielding coach Ryan Cook said that they are trying to implement rotation policy in fielding positions for national team players.
Cook said that his rotation policy is mainly making the players field in the various position, so that if a player gets injured or not get selected so the others can cover that area without hesitating.

"I think I was referring [rotation policy] to up-skilling the players in many positions as possible. And doing that, if the players get injured or they are not selected, then the other players are able to come in who are competent fielders in those positions. No matter who's playing on that specific day...I know as an example of a slip fielder if the slip fielder is injured. Do we have another guy in the team who would be able to replace that player and take good catches? So we definitely started with that [rotation policy] and opened up that net," Cook said that.
To improve the fielder's reflexes Cook is also trying to make the players field closer to the bat who field by the boundary most of the time. The fielding coach also said that what he is really trying is to up-skill the players in various positions as much as possible.
"Just taking the slip catchers is an example. Lots of different slip catches and practicing their positions with a lot of different guys fielding around the bat. We really tried hard to up-skill the guys who field by the boundary to field closer to the bat - to improve their reflexes. I think that's what I was mentioning, to up-skill the players in many positions as possible," Ryan Cook concluded.
