BCB new trainer Nick Lee is expected to oversee the whole project and make a guide line for the cricketers who will be selected in the HP unit.

‘’We are planning to form a HP squad. We are trying to form a big squad for the time being and later we will slice it down,’’ said a national selector.

‘’We are trying to make a plan so that they can remain fit even after staying at home and we will provide them with a guideline that they will follow during this time frame that is expected to help them remain fit,’’ he said.

Usually the HP unit is formed after watching the performance of the players in the domestic league but as that is not the case selectors are finding it hard to form the squad. A large number of cricketers of Under-19 squad is expected to be included in the HP squad.
