Bangladesh Cricket Board will float a tender seeking Bangladesh national team’s sponsorship right for the next two years, said Bangladesh Cricket Board officials. The current sponsorship right will end on January 31, 2020.
BCB officials said that the matter is approved in the recently-held board of directors meeting at the BCB-Management Office of the SBNCS on Sunday.

‘’We will float the tender for our sponsors in the upcoming days as the existing deal with our sponsors will end in this month,’’ said a BCB official.
The prominent consumer goods company Uniliver Bangladesh Limited (UBL) earned the rights following the premature termination of contract with telecommunications company Robi Axiata Limited.
BCB will be looking for a Telecommunication Company in the sponsorship deal when the float the tender and for this reason they had refused to give permission Shakib al Hasan to become the brand ambassador of Grameenphone.
‘’Naturally we will be looking forward to see if any telecom giants are interested or not along with other interested parties when we float the tender for our next team sponsors,’’ said a BCB official
