Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hasan said that they are keeping a close eye on three local leg spinners in the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League.
While BCB stated that playing a leg spinner and a pace bowler over 140 KMP is mandatory in the BBPL, Rangpur Rangers official stated that it Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officials have stated that playing a leg spinner and 140 kmph pace bowler was a "priority but not mandatory" in the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BBPL).
The announcement made by the team official who is also involved with BCB as a director was in stark contrast to earlier comments from BCB, mandating the inclusion of a leg-spinner and pace bowler faster than 140 kmph in a bid to address the two gnawing deficiencies in the senior men's side.
‘’All team is playing leg spinner expect Cumilla according to my stats and I know Cumilla do not have any leg spinner as they have Mujeeb who is a good spinner,’’ Nazmul told reporters. but no leg spinner.

If you see other team every team is playing leg spinner staring from Alok Kapali to others,’’ he said
‘’I have seen all the games. I may have missed one or two matches but leg spinner is playing,’’ he said.
We have three local leg spinner that have interest to us as we do not have many leg spinner,’’ he said.
‘’Alok Kapali is not our regular player but if we cut alok Kapali than we have Biplob.,Rishad and Afridi.
‘’Among the three Biplob has bowled well,Afridi has played and Rishad has played today, they are playing.it is early to say if they are doing well and I do not know who will do well,’’ he said.
Rishad[ leg-spinner] did not play first match when Incepta came at the last minute we did not have the time to talk with them about our guide line and probably that is the reason they did not think it was mandatory,’’ he said.
‘’They have played Rishad today and hope he plays,’’ he concluded.
