Dhaka Platoon restricted to mediocre total

Dhaka Platoon, the most talked BBPL teams had a poor show with the bat in their opening game against Rajshahi Royals as they managed to post 134-9 at Sher-a Bangla Stadium on Monday.
Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal did not have the best return back to playing cricket as he scored only four runs.
Anamul Haque, who scored the highest run for Dhaka ended up making 38.Anamul and Jaker Ali (21) added 39 runs for the third partnership before the latter was run out, courtesy Anamul fault.
Shahid Afridi and Thisara Perara had a bad day batting day as they only scored one run between themselves.

Wahab Riaz and Mortaza scored some breezy runs, in the end, to give Dhaka bowlers something to work on.
Rajshahi bowler had a good day. Andre Russell was impressive in his opening spell while Abu Zayed got two wickets in the match while Alok Kapali was the most economical bowler for the royals.
