Banned Shakib becomes brand ambassador of Yamaha

Bangladesh ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has become the brand ambassador of Yamaha. He has signed an agreement in this regard on Sunday with the company, who confirmed the news through their Instagram page.
“Shakib Al Hasan is delighted to join the most premium brand Yamaha as a Brand Ambassador,” it said.
Shakib has been banned for two years by ICC, with one year of that suspended due to failure to report corrupt approaches by the bookies. But this hasn’t affected his popularity at all and the new deal has the testament of that.
The premier all-rounder is the most popular cricketer in Bangladesh and is most liked by the sponsor to promote their product.
After being banned, he is currently passing a holiday with his family.
Bangladesh cricket is facing some tough time in the absence of Shakib. They have produced a miserable performance in the recently concluded two-match Test series against India.
