There are various examples around the world in terms of revenue share from which we can take learning and plan accordingly,’’ said Kings in a statement that also stated that they need to have fix rules for the competition.
‘’We would like to propose that a set of rules to be fixed from the first year starting from the 7th Edition. The rules may or may not be different from 1st year to the following years but it needs to be firmed and agreed from the 1st year so that the franchisees can plan for a 4 years tenure. We suggest that all rules. and regulations should be agreed in detail with all franchise. Any amendment during this 4 year should also be discussed and agreed with the franchise,’’ it added.
