Wayne Parnell joins the Sylhet Sixers

Wayne Parnell, the South African left-arm fast medium bowler, has joined the Sixers’ to revive their critical condition. Imran Tahir has been replaced to provide the space for this 29-years old bowler.

The condition became even worse when the host lose their last match against Dhaka Dynamites by six wickets. Hence, they ended up having two wins out of six. Moreover, leaving BPL amidst the tournament, David Warner added more damage to the condition of Sylhet Sixers’.
He is to fly back Australia, following his compatriot Steven Smith, to assess an elbow injury. The captains’ leaving the team ,placing them at the bottom of the table, has caused the squad suffer major setback.
However, to revive the situation the swashbuckling English batsman Jason Roy is to take over the place of this experienced Aussie campaigner. In addition, the southpaw conveyed his optimism by remarking that he would bring something special for the injured Sixers’. In a word, Wayne Parnell and Jason Roy could be the remedy that Sylhet Sixers’ was yearning for.
