Pathirana denied NOC to play in IPL, say reports

Sri Lankan pacer Matheesha Pathirana is set to miss the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League after Sri Lanka Cricket declined to grant him a No-Objection Certificate (NOC), according to reports.
