Having dismissed Bangladesh for 227, the home side completed their chase with 79 balls to spare.
King struck a fine 82 from 76 balls with eight fours and three sixes to register his seventh half-century in the format to add to his three centuries.
King shared an opening stand of 109 with Evin Lewis who made 49 from 62 deliveries with two fours and four sixes.
He then put on 66 with Keacy Carty before his innings was ended by a blistering yorker from promising young fast bowler Nahid Rana.
Carty made 45 before skipper Shai Hope (17) and Sherfane Rutherford (24) guided their side home on 230-3.
Rutherford wrapped up the win with a huge six off Shoriful Islam.
Bangladesh began their ODI series against West Indies with a defeat and faced further struggles in the second match, getting bowled out for 227 in 45.5 overs after an early batting collapse.
Reduced to 115 for 7, a crucial partnership between Mahmudullah Riyad and Tanzim Hasan Sakib pushed the total past 200.
After losing the toss and being sent to bat, Bangladesh quickly lost three wickets for just 54 runs.
Openers Soumya Sarkar (2) and Tanzid Tamim (46 off 33 balls) fell early, along with skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz (1) and Liton Das (4).
Tanzid provided some hope with an aggressive knock featuring four fours and two sixes before being dismissed.
The middle-order collapse continued as Afif Hossain (24 off 29 balls), Zakir Ali (3), and Rishad were dismissed cheaply, leaving Bangladesh reeling.
However, Mahmudullah and Tanzim staged a recovery with a 92-run stand. Tanzim contributed a valuable 45 off 62 balls, including two sixes and four fours, while Mahmudullah top-scored with 62 off 92 balls, hitting four sixes and two fours.
Once Mahmudullah was dismissed, Bangladesh's innings quickly folded. Shariful added a quick 15 with two fours and a six to push the total slightly higher.
West Indies pacer Jayden Seales was the standout bowler, taking 4 wickets for just 22 runs in his 9 overs, leading the attack that dismantled Bangladesh's batting lineup.
