Bangladesh opener Mohammed Naim scored a brilliant 78 runs against Chattogram Challengers at Sher-e- Bangla National Stadium in the 7th match of this year’s Bangabandhu Bangladesh premier league.
Rangers got off to a steady start but Mohammed Shahzad could not get going today. Shahzad was out for only 9 runs. Naim keeps going from one end but nobody gives him good support from the other end.
Much was expected from Tom Abell and Lewis Gregory but they failed today.
Naim batted with a lot of authority in his innings. Naim was dismissed for 78 runs in 54 delivers. He hit three over the boundary and six boundaries in his innings.
Mohammed Nabi scored 21 runs of 12 balls but was out at the wrong time for the rangers.
Ryan Burl and Kersick Williams both took two wickets for the challengers.
