Cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle thinks Mashrafee is just a backup bowler for Bangladesh. Even though Mashrafee is the highest wicket taker in the Bangladesh team.

In his ODI career Mashrafee bagged 264 wickets, highest is Bangladesh. In this World Cup he is in the second place among the top five pacers. Harsha believes Mustafiz is the main star of Bangladesh in bowling instead of Mashrafee.  

 “ I have seen the warm up match against India, Mustafiz has bowled well in that game. His line and length was good. He bowled at 130 kmp, which is not bad. He didn’t bowl only the slower balls.” Harsha said.

 “I think he is a big part of Bangladesh’s bowling line up. Because Mashrafee bin Mortaza is a backup bowler now to be honest. He is the captain and backup bowler.” Harsha added.  

Picking up wickets up front is Mashrafee’s specialty. He is the most miserly bowler in the team. Although he lacks pace, but mashrafee makes up for it with his consistent line and length.
