Despite no fracture, Tamim is yet not cleared

Bangladesh survived a huge injury blow ahead of their World Cup opener against South Africa as x-ray revealed i Tamim Iqbal did not sustained any fracture on his injured forearm on Friday.
Bangladesh are sweating over the availability of Tamim Iqbal due to the injury that he sustained during the training session as he sustained a blow on his left forearm while preparing himself for the opening game against South Africa, scheduled on June.
Tamim came out of the from center wickets where he had the accident while he was batting in the net that forced him to rush towards the dressing room along with physio Thian Chandramohan.

According to BCB officials, following a hit to the forearm at practice on Friday, Tamim had a precautionary X-ray which showed no fracture. He will have further test tomorrow to assess his availability for the match against South Africa on Sunday.
Bangladesh will take on South Africa in their opening game on June 2. Tamim also missed the only warm-up match against India as he had pain on thigh muscle.
The Bangladesh camp also has other injury issues to handle like they are expecting to have the services of Mohammad Saifuddin in their opening game despite his back problem.
According to BCB officials, Saifuddin, who has been troubled by a back problem, is expected to take painkillers in order to make himself available for the match.
The Bangladesh camp are also sweating over the fitness of Mashrafe Mortaza, Mustafizur Rahman and Mahmudullah, who have been troubled by hamstring, calf and shoulder issues respectively.
