Can Mashrafee bin Mortaza end his World Cup campaign as the leading wicket taker of Bangladesh as he is too far away from country’s leading wicket-taker Shakib al Hasan.

Considering the performance of Mashrafee in the just concluded tour of Ireland and the way Shakib’s role is chalked it is not impossible as there is every possibility that the Tigers skipper end his World Cup campaign on a personal high.

While Mashrafee looked to be going after wickets Shakib seemed to be eyeing to contain the batsmen during campaign in Ireland that saw Tigers earn their maiden multi-nation tournament.

Mash took six wickets in four matches while Shakib picked two from three matches only indicates the form of two leading bowler of the country.
