Bangladesh’s batting Coach Neil McKenzie believes that the team management has got the required experience to take the team ahead in the upcoming tri-nation and the World Cup.

Bangladesh’s bowling coach Courtney Walsh has a lot of experience of playing in English condition.  He had played a lot of cricket for Gloucestershire County.  Batting coach McKenzie has the experience of playing for Durham and Hampshire County.

Main coach Steve Rhodes played for Westershire and Yorkshire for a long time, later he coached his own team Ustershire.  He even searched new talents for the England Cricket Board.  He has a lot of experience regarding different venues of England.

‘’ Steve Rhodes is from England and he knows the English condition really well, he knows the county pitches and conditions as well, Courtney Walsh played in England for many years, I played in England for five years so we will try to access the sign of the different wickets and conditions and plan accordingly, we will try to prepare the guys as best we know how  and give them what we think is the best formula’’  Neil McKenzie told reporters in Ireland.

If they can accumulate experience of the coaching stuffs with the cricketing sense of the cricketers than they can achieve something good. McKenzie believes.

‘’ They have got a quality squad involved, lot of experience definitely in the batting department, they also know that they will against some world class sides, realistically there are seven sides there that can win the world cup, they all got same type of squad and training camp, some fantastic players in the other team so its gonna be nine hard fought games’’.

In England condition sensible batting is very important, wickets in England will be a bit slower than Australia and South Africa, so change in batting technique is required. Batsmen will have to play square of the wicket and they will have to use the pace of the ball very effectively also. Playing late will be the key for the subcontinent batsmen.

‘’In England we will have to face the slower bowl bouncer, there is a bit of grip so we must try to get hit square of the wicket, , In Bangladesh we can just throw your hand to the ball try to get slightly leg side where in England you try to get to the pitch of the ball, try to get on top of it, try to hit as late as possible.’’
