Zimbabwean skipper Hamilton Masakadza believe that they can still make a comeback against Bangladesh in the ongoing three-match ODI series despite losing the series opener by 28-run at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
‘’I think there are lots of postives to be taken from this game. So it is not going to be really that hard. You just need to make sure we win few more blocks of 10 other then we did today. And just push a little bit from where we were today,’’ he added
Masakadza added that they are taking the positives as they move forward to Chittagong for the remaining two matches of the series slated respectively on October 24 and 26.

According to the skipper their bowlers just need to pull up their socks to turn the table for them.
‘’If we had bowled better in the death we would not have been chasing so many runs. We won the one in the batting but we lost the one in the bowling by too far,’’ said Hamilton.
Masakadza said that they could have picked the momentum if they were given the catch of Liton Kumar Das as he felt it had a phychological impact on the morale of the team.
Liton, who was batting on two runs, chipped a length delivery outside off straight to short cover where Sikandar Raza dived in front of him to grab it.
Liton asked the umpires to go upstairs and it was declared not out looking at the replays it showed surely had his fingers beneath when he took the catch but the ball was touching the ground as he tumbled over.
‘’I thought if that catch had been given definitely it would have been a turning point. But its fine lines in cricket,’’ Masakadza told reporters after the matchSometimes you get those and sometimes you don’t. Today we did not get it and that had set us to the back foot,’’ he said.
