England's cricket boss Tom Harrison told BBC Sport the board had received "multiple offers" from other countries to help with the domestic season.
"We've had offers as far away as Australia and New Zealand," Harrison said.
"Those offers are on the table."
The England and Wales Cricket Board announced overnight (NZ time) that no cricket would be played there before July 1 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The BBC reported Surrey chairman Richard Thompson saying Abu Dhabi had offered to host matches for the ECB, though Harrison did not admit straightaway.
"I haven't had anything from Abu Dhabi, but that's not to say the offer hasn't been made," Harrison commented.
The English county season was due to start on April 12 after initially being pushed back to May 28.
England's three-test series against the West Indies, which was to start on June 4, has been postponed, with the expected new dates for the international season now from July to the end of September.
