The Pakistan Cricket Board [PCB] is facing huge financial loss for not having the bilateral series against India.
As per the sources, they have suffered a loss of USD 90 million which is in BDT 750 crore due to the cancellation of their media rights which was nullified because of failing to host India.

Earlier they faced each other in the ICC tournaments and in Asia Cup but the two sides haven’t played in any single bilateral series for the past eight years as both teams last came face to face in a bilateral ODI series was back in 2012-2013.
Pakistan media quoted a PCB source saying that they had signed a deal with the broadcasters[Ten sports and PTV] and according to the agreement there was a deal that they will fix two bilateral series with India in the coming five years, in 2014-2015.
PCB had to suffer a revenue loss of 90 million USD from the 149 million USD contract and now PCB have to be satisfied with the amount around 59 million dollars as PCB failed host India and the broadcasters cut the amount.
“Unfortunately since Pakistan was unable to play the two home series against India as included in the agreement, Ten Sports and PTV the two broadcasters who had taken the rights deducted 90 million dollars of the total sum as per the agreement,” the source said.
Due to the ongoing international diplomatic relation between India and Pakistan, the bonding in cricket is also not strong.
