Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hassan Papon raised the question of some batsmen’s ability in dealing with the pressurized situation after the national team conceded the three-match T20 series by 2-1 against India.
The Tigers got themselves into winning position in the series-deciding third game when they needed 49 off 30 with eight wickets at hand but wickets tumbling in clusters, resulting in in the loss of eight wickets for just 34 runs.

‘’Most of the runs were scored by two players( Naim and Mithun ). All the other batsmen did not have any contribution. Very difficult to win matches in these ways. We had a bad day,” Nazmul Hassan papon said in Nagpur after the third game.
‘’India lower-order batsman played brilliantly. We are far behind them. The likes of Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah, Soumya, Liton couldn’t score. At one phase I thought we would loss by a big margin but only Naim played with some courage,” he said.
Papon however is hopeful that Bangladesh would do better than South Africa in Test series against India. The hosts recently whitewashed South Africa in three-match Test series, including an innings margin victory in the last two Test matches.
“The Indian feel we would play better than South Africa in this condition. If we can do well that South Africa, it would be our big achievement,” he pointed out.
