Bangladesh U19 takes 137 runs lead against Sri Lanka

Bangladesh Under-19 team established their command over the visiting Sri Lanka youth after taking a 137 runs lead in the first innings on day two of the second four-day match at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Sunday.
Resuming the day on 71-2, the hosts reached 321-8 before the bails were drawn for two day.

Sri Lanka was bowled out for 184 in its first innings after Bangladesh pacer Shahin Alam snared 7-62. Sri Lanka is now trailing by 137 runs.
For Bangladesh youths, opener Prantik Nowrose Nabil made the highest scorer with 98 runs. Alvi Haque supported him with stubborn 72 while Shahadat Hossain contributed with 50.
Kushan Wickramasinghe and Dulith Wellalage picked up two wickets apiece for Sri Lanka.
The four-dayer match between the two sides ended in a draw after rain interruption continuously for four days.
