Sabbir, Soumya get hurt in training

The tri-nation series is just around the corner as the
Bangladesh team are continuously looking to get themselves in optimum form. The
team are currently exerting themselves in the training camp, so much that three
players have found themselves on the end of blows.
Yesterday, Sabbir Rahman cut his right-thumb while training.
He bled a little bit, but there were no serious repercussions. Meanwhile, Imrul
Kayes and Soumya Sarkar also hurt their fingers, but Khaled Mahmud
Sujon insisted that it is nothing serious.

“It is nothing major,” Mahmud assured the reporters.
“Sabbir batted a while after that, everything was fine. And
these things will happen during practice. It is a game of bat and ball, so [a
player] will be hit by ball.”
Meanwhile, Imrul Kayes also assured in his talk with the
reporters that he was fine and could play the practice game between Bangladesh
Green and Bangladesh Red.
