According to Faruque Ahmed, ticket sales for this season alone brought in around 12.25 crore Taka. Additionally, BCB has sold the online e-ticketing rights to a company for three years, securing 1 crore Taka per year. Combining both sources, the total BPL ticket revenue has exceeded 13 crore Taka.

The BCB president highlighted that in the previous 10 editions of the BPL combined, ticket sales revenue amounted to approximately 15 crore Taka. In comparison, the revenue from just one season has nearly matched that figure, marking a significant boost in earnings.
BPL franchises have been demanding a share of the league's revenue for years. Addressing this concern, Faruque confirmed that while an overall revenue-sharing model is not yet feasible, a significant portion of the ticket revenue will be distributed among the seven participating franchises.

"I had no idea about the revenue before taking charge, nor did I have any knowledge about BPL’s profits or losses. However, since we have made a significant profit from ticket sales this time, we will be able to share a portion of the ticket revenue with the franchises." Faruque said.
