Tamim, Mushfiqur come to me the most- Shrinivas

Bangladesh performance analyst Shrinivas Chandrasekaran said that opener Tamim Iqbal and Mushfiqur Rahim goes to him the most for gathering knowledge about their lacking and strength.
Shrinivas is staying in his resident in Chennai currently and working from his home on the individual player’s game plan.
"Well, there are many, Mushfiqur Rahim and Tamim Iqbal, they have their specific needs. Now I have set up a system that they can watch their game sitting in their rooms, whether it’s one innings or whole day or previous any innings. So they don’t have to come to us. They can watch the matches any time they want,’’ said Shrinivas.
Shrinivas also said that discussion is an integral part of his business and he sits with everyone and try to suggest the players to make changes where it is needed and when the players working on some area then the queries began more.
"But when we are discussing, we discuss with everyone present. Coaches also make requests. Like if they are working on specific areas. It’s not just for the players. Generally, if there’s someone who is working on someone, then the frequency of query about that topic is more,’’ said Shrinivas
"We analyse videos when a batsman is going for a run and doing the things right in some situations while not in others. Sometimes we observe those little things. Whatever we see, we go and tell them. If they can do it then it's fine otherwise we try some alternatives." Shrinivas concluded.
