Bangladesh Cricket Board [BCB] has agreed to a three-year program deal with Australia's Turner Campbell Consultancy [TCC] a company formed by Ross Turner the former ICC global development manager. The programs name is 'Excellence Initiative' which will start from 2020 and continue till 2022.

Earlier Ross turner has served as BCB's Academy coach in 2011 and also returned as a consultant to formulate BCB's long-term strategic plan from 2015 to 2018.

BCB will pay USD 150,000 for their service over this three-year program to develop the education programs for the coaches, umpires and curators, also will work on developing the database and digital resources, according to an agreement paper obtained by daily sun.  

BCB has agreed to go for the deal as they believe that this deal will get benefits to the elite level player's performance which will get reflected in improved ICC rankings in both male and female cricket.

BCB also feels that the project will bring enhance quality in coaching at national and regional levels and will be demonstrated by improved performance of national and first-class teams sustaining high-quality facilities recognised by the ICC (and full member nations) that supports the standard of international and first-class cricket.
