Australia have won the toss and elected to bowl first against Bangladesh in the second Test at Great Barrier Reef Arena in Mackay.

The hosts, who trail the two-match series 0-1 after Bangladesh’s historic nine-wicket victory in Darwin, will look to strike early with the ball and force a series decider.

There are two changes to the playing XIs for the second Test. Australia bring in Matthew Renshaw for Jake Weatherald, while Bangladesh hand Shoriful Islam a return to the XI, with Ebadot Hossain making way.

The Mackay Test is the venue’s first-ever Test match as The Great Barrier Reef Arena set to become Australia's 12th Test venue.
