The 10-day competition will feature 30 matches across multiple venues, including TIO Stadium and DXC Arena.
Bangladesh HP will face Nepal, New Zealand A, NT Strike, Hobart Hurricanes Academy, Victoria and Adelaide Strikers Academy during the league stage, with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals.
The Top End Series has become an important part of the Bangladesh Cricket Board's player development pathway.
Bangladesh HP reached the final in 2024, while previous editions helped players such as Parvez Hossain Emon and Tanzid Hasan progress to the national team.
Earlier this week, the BCB named a 15-member HP squad, captained by S M Meherob Hasan, for two T20 matches against Malaysia before the team departs for Australia.
