The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction is set to take place on December 23. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan's base price will be 1.50 Cr rupees in the 2023 IPL.
Six cricketers from Bangladesh have been enlisted for the IPL Auction 2023, alongside Shakib, Liton Das, Afif Hossain, Nasum Ahmed, Taskin Ahmed and Shoriful Islam will also go under the hammer.
Shakib has been the top performer of the IPL, he won IPL trophy two times with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). However, Shakib was not picked by any franchise in the previous season.

A total of 991 players (714 Indian and 277 overseas players) have signed up to be part of the TATA IPL 2023 Player Auction set to take place on 23rd December 2022 in Kochi.
The players' list includes 185 capped, 786 uncapped and 20 players from Associate Nations.
