Bangladesh to play two-match T20I series against UAE ahead of Pakistan tour

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced Akash DTH as the Kits sponsor of Bangladesh in the West Indies series which is starting from January 20. It was announced in a press release on Friday (Today).

Earlier, Beximco was announced as the main sponsor of the Tigers upcoming series. The next day, the company's communication brand Akash a by-product of Beximco group was announced as Tigers' Kits Partner. The digital satellite service provider will be Bangladesh's kits partner in the Bangladesh-West Indies bilateral series.

“Beximco is one of the top brands in the country and also world famous. They have a tradition of partnering and supporting BCB and Bangladesh cricket. We are very happy to announce Beximco as the national team sponsor.” BCB Chief Executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury said.

According to the schedule, the first ODI of the series will be played on January 20. The two teams will then face each other in the remaining two ODIs of the series on January 22 and 25. Then the first test will start on February 3. The second and final Test will be played on February 11.
